Deposits & Booking Fee Information
Non-refundable deposits/booking fees may be asked for to secure a long appointment slot or an advanced appointment. This will need to be paid at the time of booking the slot. (The balance is to be paid at the appointment).
Being self-employed, I earn my income by the work that I do. I also have the overheads of the business to consider. These still need to be paid even when customers don’t turn up to their appointments. This also affects other customers who I’m unable to book in when I could have given them an appointment instead.
Appointments can be amended with advanced notice. 48 hours notice needs to be given for cancellations. Under extenuating circumstances, the fee will be waived.
